The ideal candidate will have: 7+ years experience as production counsel or entertainment-related fields (e.g., production, gaming, music, theatre, broadcasting, or law firms specializing in these industries); Practical knowledge of the industry (including content windowing strategies, and the evolving theatrical, SVOD, pay TV, and home video landscapes) and local players. Experience providing in-house support in an entertainment company is a plus; Strong business acumen, a solution-oriented approach and an adaptable negotiation style; Solid communication skills, creative thinking, and high collaboration, with a positive response to change and new ideas; Strong analytical capabilities and judgment; Excellent drafting skills; Excellent organisational and interpersonal communication skills.
